Several common problems in the use of burners in high altitude areas

Several common problems in the use of burners in high altitude areas
1、 No type selection calculation will be performed.
Because the burner of fuel gas boiler is basically an integrated blower, many manufacturers choose the burner to only calculate whether the output power of the burner meets the rated output power of the boiler. Without checking the burner, the rated output resistance of the boiler can be overcome, resulting in serious noise vibration and poor combustion effect of the burner. In this case, operators usually operate reluctantly by reducing the output of the burner.
Therefore, it is very important to carefully check the ability of burner to overcome boiler resistance when calculating the type selection of burner in high altitude areas.
2、 Incorrect load regulation.
Due to the relatively high price of natural gas as fuel, many users operate the burners at low fire for a long time in order to save the use of low temperature normal supply operation mode similar to coal-fired boilers. Due to the characteristics of high altitude areas, the combustion air volume is 1/K times of that of the plain, and its theoretical combustion temperature is relatively lower than that of the plain. At this time, long-term low-load operation will undoubtedly further reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and a large amount of condensate water below the dew point temperature will appear, which will seriously gather in the rear smoke box, causing rapid corrosion of the boiler and reducing the service life of the boiler.
Therefore, from the perspective of fuel saving, ensuring heating effect, and extending the service life of equipment, it is a better choice to use high temperature intermittent heating when the burner operates in high altitude areas.
3、 There is no regular maintenance plan.
As a mechatronic product, any hidden danger in the operation of the burner involves the life and property safety of personnel and equipment. Due to the relatively short time for burners to enter China and the relatively lack of professional maintenance personnel for burners, many users no longer check and maintain product standards since the installation of burners, resulting in burner operation accidents, which is on the rise with the increase of social ownership.
Therefore, it is very necessary for all users to strengthen shift inspection, weekly inspection, monthly maintenance and quarterly maintenance during burner operation before the national competent department issues the mandatory inspection and maintenance regulations for burners.
